New Forest Engagement Shoot –  Alex & Rhiannon

I have been wanting to share this blog for a while now but was busy in South Africa stalking Rhino and lions with a long lens. These guys were just naturals out in the New Forest for their engagement shoot. The sun was shining and they didn’t need much encouragement or direction. They just felt so natural and chilled about the whole thing. It’s great to see two people on a journey to marriage taking time out of their busy life and have memories captured like these. The time we spent together has really helped galvanise a bond between us which on their wedding day we both know there will be no surprises. My approach to shooting couples is more and more directed at a relaxed way where the pressure is off and the couples can just be themselves with one another. I am sure you will agree this gorgeous couple just glow love from their paws for one another. Their wedding later this summer is going to one of many I am certainly looking forward to and not your usual church ceremony either. The New Forest is an area great for this type of shoot with so many tracts of unenclosed pasture land, heathland and forest to explore. Due to its 219 square miles in size you can easily get lost so advisable not to go too far off track. If your looking for a New Forest engagement shoot or another interesting location then do get in touch and see how I can help you out. I find it a real advantage on the wedding day if the bride and groom have spent time with me for an engagement shoot. Engagement canvases and prints can also be an added bonus for your wedding day for your guests to sign a mount which we can arrange for them to be fitted into.
